Posting Arnold memes may be a little cliche BUT I've always loved this idea. I thought of it myself but didn't know how to explain it as eloquently as he did. ;)
It’s the reason I don't think showing off your muscles is vain. It’s more about embracing your journey and owning your accomplishments, thereby probably inspiring others.
It’s about character, not looks. A well-built physique speaks to dedication, consistency, determination, and integrity (cheating would show up).
